Pinglin・Taiwan's Pioneer of Wild Tea

Yu San-he is a wild-release tea farmer in Pinglin, and a pioneer of Taiwan's natural-farming tea movement. For twenty years he has let his tea trees grow unpruned and unfertilized, their roots reaching deep into the soil above Feitsui Reservoir — the watershed that supplies drinking water to greater Taipei.
